FREE-JUMP ARENA

This is our main stage – with around 50 interconnected trampolines, tumble tracks and banked walls, it’s perfect for a trampoline workout.

DODGEBALL

Dodgeball is trampoline warfare. It’s high-energy, awesome fun and the balls are soft.

BASKETBALL

Features full-height basketball rings above runway trampolines surrounded by padded walls and floor mats. It’s like borrowing the legs of the world’s best basket-baller.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

High performance trampolines enable greater bounce and height plus an ultimate trampoline workout! The area is perfect for skills development and more advanced manoeuvres.

THE WALL

Combines high performance trampolines with vertical walls of various heights for freestyle tricks and Wall Running. This area is like a skate park made out of trampolines.

BIG BAG

A giant soft landing so you can get massively airborne just for fun, or practising your aerial moves in safety.

CLIFF JUMP

Cliff Jump at BOUNCE involves launching yourself off the balcony onto a giant air bag below. It’s an awesome adrenaline rush that gets the heart racing and doesn’t require much skill to enjoy.

X-PARK

Combines obstacles & features that can be explored as stand-alone challenges or navigated as one circuit with different levels of difficulty to allow for personal progression and creative expression.

WALL CLIMB

A challenge for every climber – big or small! The Climbing Wall brings a range of unique rock climbing challenges into one place… and they’re seriously awesome!

MINIBOUNCE ZONE

miniBOUNCE Zone is an interactive play area built exclusively for walking age children, up to 5 years old.

high ropes

Hang out in the high ropes! Test your balance and flexibility with a challenge at every twist and turn- all whilst in the air! There’s no cooler place to hang.

Cafe

Refuel at the BOUNCE Café. The Café has a wide variety of snacks, meals, coffee and drinks.

Car Parking

If arriving via South Creek Road, turning into Inman Road, take the first entry into the Northern Beaches Business Park undergroundcar park on your right. There are stairs that bring you up to street level and it’s a short 50m walk to BOUNCE.
If arriving from the North via Middleton Road or Orlando Road, take the second entry on your left to the underground carpark. See Parking Map here.

Air-Conditioning

The venue has several large roof fans to circulate cool air in hotter weather. Party rooms and mezzanine have air-conditioning.

X-Park

Don’t forget that if you want to test your ninja skills in X-Park you’ll need to be at least 110cm in height and wear lace-up, flat-soled and closed toe sports/skate shoes.

Booking online in advance is recommended as sessions sell out

BOUNCE grip socks are required at all times while on the trampolines

There are no age restrictions, but in order to ensure the safety of our bouncers, miniBOUNCER’s must be able to walk unassisted and be must be under 110cms

Session = 1 hour

We recommend arriving 15min early to your booking to allow time for check-in.

Flat soled shoes must be worn at all times in the X-PARK and Wall Climb
